What is Hypnosis? 

Hypnosis as defined is the by-pass of the critical factor and acceptance of selective thinking.  In other words, its focused attention.

The critical factor is the data collection of all the years of information coming into us that may be negative.  It shapes our beliefs and may have caused misperceptions about who we are and therefore caused erroneous and limiting beliefs. 

Hypnosis is able to by-pass the critical factor and get to the truth about ourselves and break down the barriers that have at times kept us stuck.

A therapist who is trained in hypnosis will use a hypnotic induction to help you focus your mind and move beyond those false beliefs.

Hypnosis is safe, sanctioned and used by the medical community since 1958.  It is consensual between you and your hypnotherapist . Your hypnotherapist is like a coach and the you will never follow any suggestions that violate your value system.  Anyone of normal intelligence who’s willing to follow instructions can be hypnotized.
